Michael Scanlon has forty years of wide-ranging upstream oil and gas experience. A Petroleum Engineer, with a specialisation in Reservoir Engineering, Michael has worked in business, management, technical and operational roles internationally. Michael joined Ridgeway Kite as a director following 27 years with Schlumberger working for IPM, Syntheseas, OneSubsea as Chief Petroleum Engineer. As Portfolio manager for SIS Petroleum Engineering technology, he was involved with strategic planning and development specification of the commercial application software (including ECLIPSE, INTERSECT, PIPESIM, PETREL). Prior to joining Schlumberger, Michael worked with INTERA, Exploration Consultants Ltd (ECL), Hamilton Brothers Oil and Gas and Texaco UK Ltd.
